CONCIERGE BOOKINGS POLICY

The concierge service is available for post surgery massage for clients who  have had cosmetic surgery and have received the  okay from the surgeon to begin receiving massages.  The service  can be brought to you  in the comfort of your home at a time that works for you.  The service operates  7 days a week with limited appointments. The available dates and times can be seen via the booking schedule below. Please read through the booking policy before completing your booking.

1. Please note all bookings have to be booked via the website completing all parts of the online consultation form as this provides all the relevant information needed to proceed with your booking. 

2. Please note that only the booked treatment would be delivered, please feel free to add on any other treatments ahead of your booking so I can travel with all the relevant treatment products and equipment.

3. To secure your booking, you will be required at checkout to pay the booking fee (at least 65% of the full treatment cost) in order to secure your treatment date.

4.  Please note that I reserve the right to cancel any bookings that do not appear to be inline with meeting my booking policy.

5. You can cancel  or reschedule your booking 24 hours before your booking by logging in with the credentials you used at booking. Cancellation within 23 hours will result in no refund issued as secured booked dates stops others from being able to book the same time slot.
